PVI AM’s Shareholders Meeting was held on 10/08/2016

PVI AM’s Shareholders Meeting was held on 10/08/2016 to approve key contents as followed:

1. The number of BOD Members reduces from 07 (seven) to 05 (five) for the remaining term.
2. Mr Phùng Tuấn Kiên was voted to be BOD Member, BOD Chairman.
3. Mr Nguyễn Huy Tuấn was voted to be CEO.
4. Ms. Trần Thu Hà was voted to be Member of Board of Control, Head of Board of Control.
