Who is IFNPVI best suited for?
With its core characteristics of safety – yield – liquidity, IFNPVI is most suitable for: (i) investors accumulating funds for short-term goals; (ii) investors with idle cash held in payment accounts or short-term deposits; and (iii) investors who prioritize stability and cash flow flexibility.
Is IFNPVI suitable for first-time investors?
Yes. The Fund is designed with low risk, a low minimum investment amount, and a fully online transaction process – making it ideal for investors who want to explore products beyond traditional bank deposits.
What assets does the Fund primarily invest in?
In the initial phase, the portfolio focuses on high-safety, high-liquidity fixed income assets such as bank deposits and certificates of deposit. Over time, the Fund may expand into bank bonds, listed corporate bonds, and other fixed income instruments.
Is IFNPVI a complete substitute for bank deposits?
No. IFNPVI should be viewed as a complementary tool to optimize idle cash management, not a full replacement for bank deposits.
How is IFNPVI different from a savings deposit?
Fixed-term deposits are typically "locked in" and may result in interest loss if withdrawn early. IFNPVI, by contrast, allows flexible daily buy/sell transactions while still generating returns proportional to the holding period. However, the Fund does not guarantee a fixed interest rate as bank deposits do.
Does IFNPVI guarantee returns? Will returns be higher than savings rates?
No. As an investment fund, IFNPVI does not guarantee fixed returns. The Fund's objective is to optimize returns while managing risk and maintaining liquidity. Returns may be competitive relative to deposit rates at any given time, but are not guaranteed.
How long should investors hold IFNPVI?
A holding period of 1–6 months is recommended. This timeframe helps optimize investment performance and minimize short-term transaction costs.
How do transactions work and when will funds be received?
The Fund transacts daily. If a redemption order is placed before 2:30 PM on day T-1, funds are expected to be received by the afternoon of day T or the morning of T+1, allowing investors to manage cash flows proactively.
How are returns calculated?
Returns are reflected through the NAV per unit (NAV/CCQ). The formula is: (Redemption NAV – Purchase NAV) × Number of units held. Income from the portfolio is accumulated progressively into the NAV.
Is this similar to trading stocks?
There is a similarity in that both involve buying and selling at market prices (NAV in this case), but IFNPVI invests in a professionally managed fixed income portfolio and does not exhibit the high price volatility associated with equities.
When, to whom, and at what price can I sell? Is a profit guaranteed?
Investors may sell on any trading day. Redemptions are transacted with the Fund directly (not with other investors). The selling price is the NAV on the transaction date. Returns depend on the NAV spread (gross), net of applicable taxes and fees. Profit is not guaranteed at all times.
What is the minimum investment amount?
The minimum is VND 500,000 per transaction (approximately 50 fund units at the IPO price).
Is there a maximum investment limit?
No. There is no maximum investment cap. Investors may invest flexibly according to their financial needs and planning.
How can investors monitor their investment?
Investors can track all relevant information — including NAV, portfolio composition, and transaction history — through the web or mobile application of the distribution platform.
Can I buy and sell entirely online?
Yes. The entire process — from account opening to trade execution — is conducted
online. What are the risks of investing in IFNPVI?
IFNPVI is a low-risk fund; however, some risks remain, including: (i) interest rate risk; (ii) credit risk of the issuing institution; and (iii) market liquidity risk under abnormal conditions. These risks are managed through a prudent investment strategy and a rigorous risk management framework.
If I deposit funds today, when can I start trading?
IFNPVI has completed its IPO phase. Investors may begin trading from 2 June 2026 onwards.
