• Position: Investment Analyst Intern – Fixed Income & Structured Credit
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Job Description:

1. Role Objective

Support the Investment Division in research, data collection, and preliminary analysis related to fixed income products, structured credit opportunities, corporate issuers, and project financing transactions. The role offers hands-on exposure to the investment process, with strong emphasis on accuracy, ownership, and continuous learning.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, update, and synthesize market data, macroeconomic information, company financials, industry reports, and relevant news.
• Support preliminary analysis of macro trends, industries, issuers, transaction structures, and cash flow profiles.
• Assist in preparing investment materials, internal reports, and presentation slides.
• Support document checking, data validation, and transaction-related materials.
• Translate and standardize documents in Vietnamese and English.
• Apply AI tools appropriately to improve research efficiency, data processing, document review, and reporting quality.
• Assist in basic transaction-related work, including document checking, data reconciliation, covenant tracking, and review of supporting documents for investment appraisal.
• Support document management, meeting preparation, and coordination tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

3. Requirements

• Students or fresh graduates in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of macroeconomics, fixed income products, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to work with data carefully and effectively.
• Proficient in English.
• Highly careful, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling data and documents.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and interested in applying AI in daily work.

4. KPI & Evaluation

• On-time completion of assigned tasks.
• High level of accuracy in data and document checking.
• Quality of support in analysis, reports, and presentations.
• Demonstrated ownership, carefulness, teamwork, and learning progress.
